We had the sliding net door installed for our kitchen about a year and a half ago, so that our cats couldn't go in.
One Tuesday late evening the lock broke, and obviously that is disastrous because it meant we could not access the kitchen at all.
Called customer service the next and, and they immediately arranged for emergency repairs. Mr Wong(黃師傅) and Mr Leung (梁師傅) were efficient, professional, and very kind. Excellent service.
